Female Edith Lydia Goody

Edith was born in 1866.  Edith's father was Edwin Brandon Goody and her mother was Grace Margaret Cowley. She had a brother and two sisters, named Albert, Julia and Sarah.  She was the second oldest of the four children.

Birth was registered between April-June 1866 in Mile End Registration District.
1871 Census shows that she was 5 years of age, born in Stepney, Middlesex and living in 4 Conway Terrace, Mile End Old Town, Eastern, Middlesex under the surname GOODEY.
1881 Census shows she was 15 years of age, born in Stepney, Middlesex and that she was living at 50 Ireton Street, Bromley, Middlesex.
1891 Census shows that she was 25 years of age and living in Poplar, Bromley, London.
1901 Census shows that she was 35 years of age, born in Mile End, London and living in Bromley, London.
1911 Census shows that she was 45 years of age and living in West Ham, Essex.

Occupation Details

1881 Census shows she was a Suit Machinist.

Edith and Richard were married in 1889.  They had three sons named Herbert, Richard and Horace.
