Carly Louise Baxter

Carly was born in 1999.  Carly's father is Neil J Baxter and her mother is Julie Anne Kane.  Her maternal grandparents are Terence G Kane and Jean Lockey. She has a brother named Cameron.  She is the younger of the two children.
