Male Henry Thomas Crick

Henry was born in 1876.  Henry's father was James Sidney Crick and his mother was Elizabeth Goody.  His maternal grandparents were Thomas Goody and Emily Reeve. He had two brothers and three sisters, named James, Jonas, Sarah, Elizabeth and Eliza.  He was the third oldest of the six children.

Birth was registered between April-June 1876 in Newmarket Registration District.
1881 Census shows that he was 5 years of age, born in Kirtling, Cambridgeshire and living at Cottage, Kirtling, Cambridgeshire.
1891 Census shows that he was 15 years of age and living Cheveley, Newmarket, Cambridgeshire.
1901 Census shows that he was 25 years of age, born in Kirtling Upend, Cambridgeshire and living in Ashley cum Silverley, Cambridgeshire.
1911 Census shows that he was 35 years of age and living in Newmarket, Cambridgeshire.

Death Notes

He died whilst serving as a Private (Serfvice Number 13752 in the 99th Company of the Machine Gun Corps (Infantry) and his name is shown on the Thiepval Memorial, Somme, France on Pier and Face 5 C and 12 C. Died at the age of 40 on July 28th, 1916.

Henry and Minnie were married in 1900.  They had five sons and two daughters, named Albert, Henry, Herbert, George, Albert, Daisy and Elsie.
