Male Arthur Charles Goody

Arthur was born on March 6th, 1886.  Arthur's father was John William Goody and his mother was Alice Springett.  His paternal grandparents were John Goody and Susannah H Partner. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Ezekiel, Harry, Bertie, Harriet, Flora, Margaret and Dorothy.  He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.

Birth was registered between April-June 1886 in Lexden Registration District. 
Parish records show that he was christened in All Saints Church, Messing, Essex on 9th May 1886.
1891 Census shows that he was 5 years of age, born in Essex and living in Easthorpe Road, Messing, Essex.
1901 Census shows he was 15 years of age, born in Messing, Essex and living in High Street, Kelvedon, Essex.
1911 Census shows he was 25 years of age, born in Messing, Essex and living in High Street, Kelvedon, Essex.
1939 Register shows that he was living in 260 Church Street, Bocking, Essex.

1901 Census shows he was a Coal Yard Labourer whilst living in Kelvedon, Essex.
1911 Census shows that he was a Farm Labourer.
Parish records at the time of his marriage show that he was a Soldier.
1939 Register shows that he was a Dustman.

Death Notes

Death was registered between July-Sept 1953 in Braintree Registration District. Died at the age of 67 in 1953.
