Daniel Thomas Goody
Daniel was born on November 30th, 1894. Daniel's father was

Martha Rosina Hemmings. His paternal grandparents were

Hannah Ann Hall. He had four brothers and five sisters, named

Louisa. He was the oldest of the ten children.
Parish records show that he was christened at St John the Evangelist Church, St George in the East (Shadwell), on 19th December 1894 by Charles Reeder.
He was living at 165 Charles Street, St George in the East (Shadwell) at the time of his christening.
His father was a Gasworks Labourer.
1901 Census shows that he was born in Stepney, London and living at 33 Cadiz Street, Stepney, London.

He was killed whilst serving during the First World War as a Private in the 1st Battalion., Highland Light Infantry on Sunday 25 November 1917 .
He is buried in Baghdad (North Gate) War Cemetery, Iraq.
Died at the age of 22 on November 25th, 1917.
