Jill was born in 1959.  Jill's father was Geoffrey William Loker-Boyes and her mother is Yvonne E Laver.  Her maternal grandfather was Christopher James Laver and her maternal grandmother is Daisy Edith Mason. She has a brother named Mark.  She is the older of the two children.
