Michael Otter

Michael was born on November 13th, 1946.  Michael's father was Charles F Philip Otter and his mother is Kathleen M Street.  His paternal grandparents were Ernest Otter and Nora Marguerite Goodey. He had a sister named Linda.  He was the older of the two children.
