Edward R Payne

Edward was born in 1930.  Edward's father is William E Payne and his mother was Ellen Goodey.  His maternal grandparents were Walter Lewis Goodey and Rosa Elizabeth Bowles. He had three brothers and a sister, named William, John, Eric and Kathleen.  He is the third oldest of the five children.
