Cecil William Pettican

Cecil was born in 1911.  Cecil's father was Ernest Henry Pettican and his mother is Alice Mary Harris.  His paternal grandparents were George Pettican and Lucy Lavinia Goody. He had two brothers and a sister, named Wilfred, Sidney and Alice.  He was the third oldest of the four children.
