Jack Khan Qazi

Jack was born on August 23rd, 1998.  Jack's father is Andrew I Qazi and his mother is Sharon Johnson.  His maternal grandparents are Dennis G Johnson and Sandra Jones. He has a brother and a sister, named Luke and Lily.  He is the oldest of the three children.
