Ian Christopher Spence

Ian was born in 1967.  Ian's father was Kenneth Spence and his mother was Marie Patricia Dobson.  His paternal grandparents were Joseph Christopher Spence and Elizabeth Amanda Mountain. He has a sister named Alicia.  He is the older of the two children.
