Female Gladys Lavinia Abecasis

Gladys was born in 1884.  Gladys' father was Abraham Rodrigues Brandon Abecasis and her mother was Florence Deborah De Castro.  Her paternal grandparents were Judah Samuel Abecasis and Lavinia Rodrigues Brandon. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Vivian and Eileen.

Birth was registered between April-June 1884 in Kensington Registration District.
1891 Census shows that she was 6 years of age, born in London and living in Clarendon Gardens, Paddington, London.
1896 Ellis Island, New York, USA immigration records show that Gladys and her grandmother Lavinia arrived in the USA on the ship Lucania on 22nd August 1896.
1896 Incoming Passenger Lists show that Gladys and her grandmother Lavinia arrived in Liverpool, England during September 1896 from New York, USA
1901 Census shows that she was 16 years of age, born in London and living in 181 Sutherland Avenue, Paddington, London.
1911 Census shows that she was 26 years of age, born in Paddington, London and living in a 5 bedroom flat at 21 Talgarth Mansions, Barons Court, London.
