Birth was registered between Oct-Dec 1843 in Sudbury Registration District.
1851 Census shows that she was 9 years of age, born in Little Waldingfield, Suffolk and staying with her grandparents George and Mary Cady in Great Waldingfield, Suffolk.
1861 Census shows that she was 18 years of age, born in Suffolk and staying with her aunt Mary Emberson in Great Maplestead, Essex.
Parish records at the time of her marriage show that her father's name was George Cady and he was a farmer.  It also shows that she was living in Belchamp Otten.
1871 Census shows that she was 26 years of age, born in Little Waldingfield, Suffolk and living in Belchamp St Pauls, Essex.
1881 Census states she was 38 years of age, born in Waldingfield, Suffolk and living at Cole Green, The Old Shop, Belchamp St Pauls, Essex.
1891 Census shows that she was 47 years of age, born in Acton, Essex and living in Cole Green, Belchamp St Paul, Essex.
1901 Census shows that she was 58 years of age, born in
Waldingfield, Suffolk and living at Limeburners, Belchamp St Paul, Essex.
1904 National Probate and Will records show the following:
Sarah Ann of Belchamp St Paul Essex (wife of Isaiah Goody) died 13 May 1904 Administration Ipswich 29 June to the said Isaiah Goody artist.  Effects £115 8s 5d.

Death was registered between April-June 1904 in Sudbury Registration District at 61 years of age.
Parish records show that she was buried at St Andrews Church, Belchamp St Paul, Essex on 17th May 1904 by J B Marsh at 61 years of age.  Died at the age of 61 on May 13th, 1904. Sarah and Isaiah were married on August 22nd, 1865.  They had a son and five daughters, named Herbert, Clara, Rose, Agnes, Emeline and Grace.
