Female Agnes Lily Goody

Agnes was born in 1872.  Agnes' father was Isaiah Goody and her mother was Sarah Ann Cady.  Her paternal grandparents were John Goody and Elizabeth Lapwood. She had a brother and four sisters, named Herbert, Clara, Rose, Emeline and Grace.  She was the third oldest of the six children.

General Notes

Birth was registered between April-June 1872 in Halstead Registration District.
Parish records show she was christened on 30th June 1872 at St Andrews Church, Belchamp St Paul, Essex by I Pulling.
1881 Census states she was 8 years of age, born in Belchamp St Pauls, Essex and living at Cole Green, The Old Shop, Belchamp St Pauls, Essex.
1891 Census shows that she was 19 years of age, born in Belchamp St Pauls, Essex and lodging in High Street, Nethersfield, Essex.  Her name is shown as LILY A GOODY in this census.
1901 Census shows that she was 28 years of age, born in Sudbury, Suffolk and living in Sudbury, Suffolk, St Gregory with Jessie Emma Goody.  Her name is shown as LILY A GOODAY in this census.
1911 Census shows that she was 38 years of age, born in Belchamp St Paul, Essex and living in Belchamp St Paul, Essex.
1934 National Probate and Will records show the following:
Lily Agnes of The Limes Belchampt St Paul Essex spinster died 31 December 1933 Probate Ipswich 17 February to Rosa Mary Goody and Emmeline Goody spinsters.  Effects: £880 4s 4d.

1911 Census shows Private Nursing Home for invalids.

Death Notes

Her death was registered in the Sudbury Registration District between Jan-Mar 1934 at 61 years of age.
Parish records show that she was buried at St Andrews Church, Belchamp St Paul, Essex on 3rd January 1934 by by W B Gill at 61 years of age and was living at The Limes, Belchamp St Paul, Essex at the time of her death. Died at the age of 61 on December 31st, 1933.
