Henry James Goody
Henry was born on March 7th, 1877. Henry's father was
John Goody and his mother was
Mary Ann Purkis. His paternal grandparents were
Thomas Goody and
Emily Reeve. He had five brothers and five sisters, named

Mary. He was the seventh oldest of the eleven children.

Parish records show that he was christened in the Wesleyan Methodist Church, Wickhambrook, Suffolk on 27th May 1877.
1881 Census shows he was 4 years of age, born in Kirtling, Cambridgeshire and living at Upend Street Cottage, Kirtling, Cambridgeshire.
1891 Census shows that he was 14 years of age and living in Cheveley, Newmarket, Cambridgeshire.
Death Notes
Death was registered between Jan-Mar 1897 in Newmarket Registration District at 19 years of age.
Burial records show that he died on 25th February 1897 and that he was buried in Linthorpe Cemetery, Linthorpe, North Yorkshire.
