1861 Census shows that he was 48 years of age, born in Tilbury Juxta Clare, Essex and living at Cole Green, Belchamp St Paul. The Census spelt his surname GOODEY.
1871 Census shows that he was 58 years of age and living in Sudbury, Bulmer. His surname was spelt as GOODY.
