Female Emily Mary Goody

Emily was born in 1864.  Emily's father was Alfred Brandon Goody and her mother was Mary Ann Martyn.  Her paternal grandparents were Daniel Goody and Sarah Simpson Wood. She had a sister named Julia.  She is the older of the two children. She had a half-sister named Alice.

Birth was registered in the Hackney Registration District, London between Jan-Mar 1864.
1871 Census shows that she was 6 years of age and living in Poplar, Bow.
1881 Census shows she was 16 years of age, born in Dalston, London and living at 1 Ewing Street, Mile End Old Town, London.
1891 Census shows that she was 27 years of age, born in Dalston, Middlesex and living at 13 Lillian Street, Stoke Newington, London with her sister Julia Cowen and mother Mary Ann Goody.

Emily and William were married on June 2nd, 1895.
Marriage was registered between April-June 1895 in St. Saviour Registration District.
Parish records show that they were married in St Paul's Church, St Mary Newington, London on 2nd June 1895 by G W Mennie, Curate.
The witnesses were James Walter Leach and Julia Sarah Rickett.
William was shown as being a bachelor and Emily as a spinster.
