Marianne Wilks. Her paternal grandparents were

Ann Richardson. She had three brothers and two sisters, named

Alice. She was the second oldest of the six children.
1881 Census shows that she was 5 years of age, born in Ridgewell, Essex and living at Drury Lane Cottages, Ridgewell, Essex.
