Sophia Goodey
Sophia was born in 1843. Sophia's father was
Thomas Goody and her mother was
Elizabeth Sergeant. Her paternal grandparents were
William Goody and
Elizabeth Church. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named

Thomas,
Frederick,
Charles,
Henry,
Edward,
David,
Elizabeth,
Susanna,
Mary Ann and
Emma. She was the seventh oldest of the twelve children.
Parish records show that she was christened at St Andrews Church, Halstead, Essex on 1st March 1852 along with several brothers and sisters by J J Griffith.
1851 Census shows that she was 8 years of age, born in Halstead, Essex and living at 127 High Street, Halstead, Essex.

Parish records show that she was buried at St Andrews Church, Halstead, Essex on 30th January 1853 at the age of 10 years old.
Died at the age of 10 in 1853.
